1、加沙青少年的智商平均分为 英国常模智商67.9。英国常模智商换算为通用智商需要加上7-10分，也就是说加沙青少年的平均通用智商为75-78。通用智商79以下为智力残障。而多项研究表明，低智商人群有更强的暴力犯罪倾向。

2、加沙当前人口婚姻中39.9%为近亲（主要是堂表兄妹）结婚，完美解释了加沙人口智力低下的原因。
